Risk Management Services is now using a completely online form for Driver Registration. As of May 27, 2008, Risk Management Services will no longer accept paper Driver Registration forms.
The new online form requires the following:
Please note that if you are a new employee, newly registered student or Designated Campus Colleagues, it can take up to a week before you will be in the system. Please allow that amount of time before you try to log into the system.
If you are a new Sponsored Volunteer, UA Associate, etc., you are eligible for Designated Campus Colleagues (DCCs) – Your sponsor department or college must request Designated Campus Colleagues (DCCs) role for you. After you are a registered DCC in university system, you must create a new NetID if you do not have a NetID.
